Auriculotherapy
This treatment utilizes small bandages with round seeds to provide acupressure on the ear. The patient can press on these points throughout the day to stimulate healing and pain relief. The seeds typically stay on the ear for about one week. The treatment requires 15-20 minutes.

Cupping
Glass or plastic cups are used to produce suction on the skin, pulling the skin up. This improves blood flow to the injured area, reducing pain and increasing the rate of healing. Cupping is good for those with muscle aches and pains due to injury or overwork. It can also be helpful for boosting the immune system. The typical treatment time is 20-30 minutes.

Tai Chi Chuan, Qigong, and Self-Defense Instruction
Qigong (Chi Kung) and Tai Chi Chuan (Taijiquan) are forms of moving meditation that have been practiced for thousands of years. They have many benefits, including better balance and flexibility, peace of mind, mental clarity, emotional resiliency, and better physical health. My experience in these disciplines is extensive, going back more than 25 years. I offer weekly local Tai Chi classes (see the Events page). Private or small group instruction is also available (contact me for more information).
